As reported by ICI in their article “Top 5 Myths about Powder Coating,” there are varying beliefs held by some about powder coating that are not all that accurate and can come from not fulling understanding powder coating.
“Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between conventional paint and powder coating is that powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form.,” ICI said.
